We have faced six medical emergencies in recent weeks and urgently require financial assistance to cover the $30k expenses!

Ziggy has faced a challenging time. Undergoing not one, but TWO TPLO surgeries simultaneously, resulting in $7k in medical costs with to strict recovery requirements. We find it hard to turn down late-night calls to save lives. We received not one but two! After a motor vehicle accident, Jabba needed a rear leg amputation for an improved quality of life.

The cost of his surgery came to $5k whilst poor Mosh sustained a severe leg injury necessitating biweekly bandage changes for two months, at an approximate cost of $300 per change.

Our senior boy Batman underwent surgery to address severe ear infections that led to his perforated eardrums, resulting in $5k in medical expenses. It's been relentless ad unforgiving.

Do you recall Karli? Rescued from the pound on death row, she required emergency surgery for pyometra within 24 hours of rescue, incurring $5k in medical bills. And then there's our courageous parvo pup, Kayo, who, at just 8 weeks old, needed life-saving care at an emergency clinic for four nights, totalling $5k.

Thankfully, he is now on the path to recovery! We believe that saving a life is invaluable and base our decisions on prognosis, quality of life, and suitability for urgent medical care. This is a fundamental principle we uphold as a rescue organisation.
